Decision model

n. Models new · 2026

A model built to pick one answer from a set you define, such as a category, a route, or an agent's next step, and return it quickly with a confidence score instead of writing text.

“We swapped the chat model for a decision model on ticket routing; it answers in a fraction of a second and says how sure it is.”
